Basic Overview
- Brand Positioning
The world’s first hotel under MGM Reserve, a premium ultra-luxury sub-brand of MGM International Group. Jointly developed by Zhuhai Zhengfang Group and MGM, it officially opened in 2025 through renovation and upgrading of the original site of the time-honored Xiangshan Yingbin Hotel. It serves as a top-end luxury garden mansion-style resort hotel in Zhuhai.
- Design Team: Led by Academician He Jingtang, with collaborative design from CCD Cheng Chung Design and professional lighting & landscape design teams. The entire garden complex covers a total area of 76,800 square meters.
- Architectural Style: Built following the traditional Chinese architectural ritual of a three-entry courtyard mansion. It integrates distinctive Lingnan elements including Cantonese-style gardens, Manchu-style stained glass windows, oyster shell walls, courtyards designed for “water converging to the central hall”, and Lingnan grey sculptures. The premises feature original tea plantations, winding streams and pavilions. Tucked against mountains and beside a lake, it offers a tranquil retreat away from urban hustle, focusing on immersive oriental garden accommodation experience.

Refining Higher Aesthetics, Interpreting Luxury Essence
- With Lingnan’s regional elegance as its foundation and contemporary refined design as its soul, the hotel masterfully blends the tranquility of landscape artistry with urban sophistication. Upon entering, light dances across marble floors, where metallic accents and woodgrain textures create dimensional depth. The soft palette features muted champagne gold and rich walnut tones, transforming every space into a meticulously crafted artwork-simultaneously upholding the ceremonial grandeur of luxury hospitality while concealing warm, comforting details for guests. Customized furniture emerges as the pivotal element in balancing this harmony between opulence and coziness.
