It is the first Wyndham Grand ultra-luxury five-star hotel in Hubei Province, invested and constructed by Yichang Urban Construction Investment Group and officially opened in March 2026. Standing beside the Yangtze River in Wujiagang District, this 47-story building reaches a total height of 218 meters, serving as a new landmark high-end sky hotel along the Yangtze River in Yichang, filling the gap of top-tier international luxury hotel supply in the city.
- Design & Spatial Features
Combining modern minimalist luxury style with local cultural elements including the magnificent scenery of Three Gorges, Qu Yuan’s Chuci culture and Yangtze shipping heritage: - Sky Lobby on the 34th Floor: Perched at around 128 meters above ground, it features 270° floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows with unobstructed Yangtze River views. A glass art installation Ballad of Three Gorges Ships in the lobby pays tribute to Yangtze shipping civilization.
- Private dining rooms are themed after the Eight Historic Scenic Spots of ancient Yichang, decorated with local intangible cultural heritage crafts;
- Interior decorations, lighting and spatial lines draw inspiration from sailing masts and river waves to interpret the grand landscape of Three Gorges.
